The place could use a handyman’s touch. Dishwasher malfunctioned, toilet seat broken; small things like that.Other than that the host were great with communication. There is a contract with certain rules you are expected to follow and you will have to sign prior to arrival. So make sure that you read the rule thoroughly before booking. They also have a camera in the back that monitors you in the pool, so you have to be ok with surveillance. But the host were kind and all these things are clearly explained in the description for transparency. Overall great for families .

  The property is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was great. My kids loved the clubhouse pool and splash pad. Good food there as well.

  Overall, the home is cozy and community is beautiful. The place can use some upgrading to the appliances and decor. Host was communicative and access was smooth.

We had a brilliant stay and Lauren was always responsive on messages and proactive to check in on us too. Sadly we were so engrossed in Disney we weren't able to make the most of the Windsor Hills amenities but they were a great bonus to know we could if we had more time. We loved having access to a washing machine and tumble drier and the house is well kitted out. The plunge pool is actually bigger than the pictures would make you think and all we needed for a quick dip after a hot day in the parks. We would highly recommend this place and book again if (when!) we return to Disney!!

Felt at home. Super cute. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was so close to Disney- 10-15 minutes to Disney. Longer to Universal but still easy to get to. Walmart and target are nearby as well as a ton of restaurants and other things to do. Would recommend this home and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

  Our Family absolutely LOVED staying at Windsor Hills Resort! A Beautiful & safe Gated Community, club house w/ all of the amenities your family would/could want! From a... read more walk-in beach style pool that I Believe may even be salt water, waterslides, ping pong tables & arcade games to the Gym! Everything is new and in pristine condition! My son & husband spent a good amount of time on the bball courts in the community & there were Always others there to play a game!
When it came to the unit itself, all the boxes had been checked! You can see the Pride these hosts take in their property & in providing the BEST Vacation Possible for their guests! Everything was Clean throughout the unit & Plunge Pool. Kitchen stocked w ample cooking utensils & cookware, small toiletries provided, extra sheets & light blankets if needed & Comfortable beds!
Most importantly, Lauren & Juan Carlos were probably the Best hosts we’ve EVER had while staying in an AirBnB & truly went the ‘Extra Mile’ for us!
